Terms & Conditions/ Returns & Refunds Policy
If there is any damage apparent or otherwise caused in transit the goods should not be signed for and the seller contacted.
The buyer should read the specification of the unit offered and decide if it is suitable for their needs before purchase. A used unit cannot be returned except in special circumstances.
Any guarantee issues or breakdowns within the guarantee period should be taken up with the seller.

Purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item.
We offer a refund (provided within 30 days after the day you received the goods) or exchange (if stock available) on any goods (faulty or otherwise), provided you inform us in writing (via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org) that you are cancelling your order, seven working days after the day on which you received the goods.
You must then return the goods to us (address details below) at your own cost. This cost will then be reimbursed if the items are faulty, or do not comply with your order.
Product pictures are not necessarily a true representation of the received goods.
If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Not all products are subject to next day delivery (a refund will be made in these cases)
We will only refund the original credit card charged during the ordering process.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to cancel an order (without warning) before dispatch on any items (a full refund will be made to the buyer)
All delivery times are for working days only, weekend shipping can be arranged at cost.
UK mainland delivery only.
Equipment including suction pumps and dental chairs must be installed by a manufacturer trained engineer, warranty will be voided unless proof of installation can be provided.
How to Return Goods
1) Send your unwanted items to the address below along with your name, full address and order number with a note giving reasons for return.
2) Wrap your item(s) whenever possible in their original packaging with labels intact – safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Dental-Engineers.co.uk
3) It is advisable that you obtain a proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance cover should the parcel be lost. Dental-Engineers.co.uk can’t be held responsible for lost parcels.

Dental-Engineers while working onsite are not responsible for damages to property (both fixed and movable)
Loss or damage to equipment delivered to site prier to an engineers attendance is the responsibility of the practice.
Dental-Engineers reserve the right to pass unpaid invoices to a third party for collection fees will apply at the decision of the third party collector.
All products purchased remain the property of Dental-Engineers until paid in full.

Buyer is responsible for shipping or collection of purchased items.
Dental-Engineers is a broker and is not responsible for mislead item descriptions and/ or damage.
All products sold (unless agreed otherwise) are subject to a 15% handling fee.
